How Sessions Work
Sessions are 1:1 and are held in person (Sydney) or online.
We start with where you are—what’s been happening, what you’ve noticed, and what feels stuck.
From there, we look at:
The patterns that keep coming up
Your emotional responses in those moments
What’s happening in your system when you get triggered
So instead of just talking about the situation,
we work through what’s underneath it.
My Approach
I don’t focus on surface-level advice.
This work looks at both your thoughts and what’s happening in your body.
Because a lot of these reactions aren’t something you can just think your way out of.
