But yet, you’re still thinking about them. Still going back over everything wondering if there was anything you could have done differently. You sill have feelings that you can’t seem to switch off no matter how hard you try or how much time has passed.

And that’s usually the part that confuses people the most.

Because it makes you question yourself. Like… why am I still here when I know better?

That’s where I come in.

What I help with

I work with people who feel stuck after a breakup. Not just sad about it — but stuck in it. Like one part of you has moved on… but another part of you hasn’t quite caught up yet.

That can look like:

  • thinking about them more than you want to

  • replaying conversations or trying to make sense of it

  • feeling okay one minute and then completely pulled back in the next

  • wanting to reach out, or actually going back even when you know it’s not right

  • feeling like you should be over it by now, but you’re not

If that’s you, there’s nothing unusual about it. But it also doesn’t just fix itself with time.

Why it still feels like this

Most people try to move on by using logic. You might tell yourself: I know this wasn’t right, or I know they weren’t right for me.

And there’s a part of you that does believe it. But there’s another part of you that still feels attached. That’s the part that keeps bringing you back. So you end up in this loop where you understand what happened… but you don’t actually feel any different.

And that’s the gap we work on.

What we actually do

This isn’t about analysing your ex over and over again.

And it’s not about giving you strategies to “distract yourself” or just get through the day.

What we do is look at:

  • what’s keeping you emotionally tied to the relationship

  • the patterns that are showing up for you

  • the part of you that hasn’t let go yet (and why)

And then we work through that in a way that actually shifts it.

So you’re not just managing how you feel — you’re changing it.
