  • The coaching sessions are 50min each session with a total of 10 sessions

  • Anything related to your breakup, personal challenges or this program. The coaching sessions are provided to support you in your healing in whatever makes the most sense for your personal journey

  • YES - if you haven't been able to move on then this program will help you move on. Its not about how long since the breakup occurred, and if it has been a while then its necessary to understand what is blocking your ability to move on. The coaching sessions will help you do that

  • While the program is not a substitute for therapy, the 1:1 sessions can be used as counselling sessions. Please advise when signing up if that is how you would like to use the sessions so that the necessary forms and intake process can take place

  • Yes
