ABOUT ME
I came into this work through my own experience.
I’ve experienced trauma, and I know what it’s like to feel stuck in patterns that don’t make sense… to react in ways you don’t fully understand, and to try to think your way out of it.
To have insight, but still feel like nothing is really changing.
That’s what led me into this work on a deeper level.
I work with people who feel stuck in their relationships or after a breakup.
Most of the clients I see have already tried to understand what’s going on.
They’ve thought about their patterns, made sense of their behaviours… but still don’t know how to actually change them.
And that’s where it becomes frustrating.
Because it can start to feel like there’s something wrong with you.
What I focus on is the gap between what you know and what you do.
Because most of the time, it’s not a lack of insight.
It’s that there’s something underneath that’s getting in the way.
That’s what we work through.
A lot of the time, what’s happening in your relationships isn’t just about the other person.
It’s your past, your experiences, and your own trauma showing up in ways you might not even realise.
And because of that, it’s easy to focus on what the other person is doing, or what they need to change.
But we often underestimate how much influence we actually have over the dynamic, through the way we show up.
That’s a big part of the work.
Understanding your role in it, not from a place of blame, but from a place of clarity—so you can start showing up differently.
I don’t focus on surface-level advice or just talking things through.
We look at the patterns, the emotional responses, and what’s happening in your system that keeps you stuck where you are.
So you’re not just understanding yourself…
you’re able to respond differently in real situations.
And for people who don’t have that insight yet, we start there.
Either way, the focus is the same—helping you understand what’s actually going on, so you can move forward in a way that feels different.
